OREANDA-NEWS. Mobile TeleSystems OJSC (NYSE: MBT), the largest cellular operator in Russia and the CIS, announced the fiscal year 2007 guidance for the group.

The company expects consolidated revenues to grow by 15-17%, while the OIBDA margin is expected at approximately 50%. CAPEX is to reach $1,8 billion.

The management also confirmed the guidance for full fiscal year 2006 - revenue growth of at least 20%, OIBDA margin of 50% and CAPEX of $1,8 billion.
