OREANDA-NEWS. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation registered increase in the authorized capital of Raiffeisenbank and IMPEXBANK. Capital of Raiffeisenbank made 17 374 million roubles, capital of IMPEXBANK - 4 455 million roubles.

Thus, after completion of all necessary legal formalities and reception of allowing and registration documents from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation the authorized capital of Raiffeisenbank has been increased by 10 040 million roubles. The authorized capital of IMPEXBANK has been increased by 1 276 million roubles.

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation has registered increase in the authorized capital of Raiffeisenbank and IMPEXBANK by issuance of the additional shares got by shareholders of both banks.

The increase in the authorized capital will provide serious support to dynamical growth and consecutive development of the banks in the future, especially in the field of financing and retail business to which special attention is paid.
