OREANDA-NEWS. Over the nine months of 2006, the proceeds from the sales of services were 146.2 billion roubles, which is 13.5 billion roubles (or 10.2%) up on the same period in 2005.

The production expenses for the period in question were up 6.6 % compared to the figures reported for the nine months of 2005 and amounted to 74.6 billion roubles.

The pretax earnings for the nine months of 2006 are up 9.5 billion roubles on the same period of 2005, reaching 70.2 billion roubles. For the nine months of 2006, the budget received 3.7 billion roubles more in profit tax than for the same period in 2005.

The consolidated net income of Transneft's group for the nine months of 2006 is 50.4 billion roubles, which is 6.0 billion roubles up on the similar period in the previous year.
