OREANDA-NEWS. The Head of the Federal service on environmental, technological and atomic inspection Konstantin Pulikovskiy has signed an Order to start the ecological assessment of investment feasibility study of construction ESPO’s brunch to China – “Skovorodino – the border of Chinese People Republic”

Results of EIA will be issued within the next two months.

Transneft is expected to transport oil from Siberia to China via “ Skovorodino- the border of CPR” oil pipeline. The first phase proposes delivery of 15 million tons of oil per year with further increase of capacity twice.

The start point of the pipeline is not far from Skovorodino town in the area of Bolshoy Never village with 70 km length via the territory of Amur region up to the border of China near Djalinda village.
