OREANDA-NEWS. IES-Holding has closed a deal on acquisition of LLC Novogor-Prikamye, a major regional company operating in the communal utility sector in Perm and Berezniki (the Perm Territory).

The acquisition of the regional communal utility operator came as a logical step in the dynamic development of IES-Holding's communal utility business in a territory of its strategic interest.

LLC Novogor-Prikamye will be managed by IES-Holding's subsidiary, OJSC Russian Communal Utility Systems, the manager of all IES' communal utility assets in thirteen regions of Russia.
