OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the report on results of the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 02 of “Group “Magnezit” Ltd” (Satka, Chelyabinsk oblast).

According to the report on results of the issue of securities, the emitter placed 2,5 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each.

The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 2,5 billion roubles.

The issue is assigned the state registration number 4-02-36105-R.
