OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the additional issue and the prospectus of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of OJSC “UralMetanolGroup” (Nizhniy Tagil), placed by the closed subscription.

According to the decision on additional issue of securities presented to FSFM of Russia, the emitter placed 260,0 thousand shares with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. General volume of additional issue (on face value) made 260,0 million roubles.

The additional issue is assigned the state registration number 1-01-08623-K-001D.
