OREANDA-NEWS. The realization of the second stage of the Program of development and technical modernization of OJSC “Mosenergo” due to introduction of the modern steam-gas technologies on the operating power stations of the company located in the centers of electric loadings and areas of perspective city construction has been started.

At the second stage of the Program construction of gas turbines with capacity of 65 MW is planned at TPP-9, 170 MW at TPP-12 and 280 MW at TPP-20 in cases of the operating power stations.

Since 2005, OJSC “Mosenergo” is implementing the scale Program of development and modernization of the Moscow power supply system on the basis of the newest technologies.

Till 2010, OJSC “Mosenergo” will enter over 2400 MW of capacities due to construction of the new steam-gas power units at TPP-9, TPP-12, TPP-20, TPP-21, TPP-26 and TPP-27, and also modernization and increase of efficiency of the operative equipment on a number of power stations of the company.
