OREANDA-NEWS. On January 15, 2007, MCC EuroChem performed dividend payment to its stockholders for 9 months operation year 2006.

Without taking into account the intermediate dividends for the previous periods of 2006 the sum of the paid dividends has made 671,84 million roubles at the rate of 9,88 roubles per one ordinary share.

The total sum of dividends for nine months of 2006 has made 2,038 674 billion roubles, or 29,9805 roubles per share.

The cumulative authorized capital of OJSC MMC EuroChem makes 6,8 billion roubles. It is divided into 68 million ordinary registered stocks with the par value of 100 roubles each.
