The Board of Directors of OJSC “AVTOVAZ” has approved the budget of the company for 2007, which stipulates for growth of industrial profitability, profitability of sales and increase in profit. For realization of these goals the program of reduction of costs and increase of production efficiency in all spheres is offered.

The Board of Directors has approved regulations about the committee of the board of directors on strategic development and committee on resource and material support.

At the meeting the offer of the committee of the board of directors on power about creation of the uniform municipal power organization on the territory of Tolyatti together with the City Hall with the purpose of maintenance of servicing on electric power supply, heat supply, and water supply to legal and physical individuals was approved.

The decision is directed on optimization of expenses in the field of power and prevention of any growth of tariffs.
