OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “WGC-6” has announced competition on the right of conclusion of the contract on performance of works on development of a business-plan of construction of power units №4, №5 and №6 on Cherepovets TPP at the stage of investment offer.

It is supposed that carrying out of competition and signing of a protocol on its results will be carried out on February 12, 2007.

It is planned that an opportunity of construction of three new power units with capacity 300-350 MW with use of technology of fuel burning in boilers at the station is considered. Expenses on construction works of the first starting complex (power unit №4) are preliminary estimated at the rate of 10,38 billion roubles. The total volume of investments on construction of the second turn can make approximately 35 billion roubles.
