OREANDA-NEWS. The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Votkinskaya HPP”, held in the form of absentee voting, has approved the contract of rent of property between OJSC “Votkinskaya HPP” and OJSC “Federal Hydro Generation Company” (OJSC “HydroWGC”).

Also, the contract on granting services on maintenance, operation and repairs of the equipment between OJSC “Votkinskaya HPP” and OJSC “HydroWGC” have been approved.

According to the contracts, OJSC “HydroWGC” accepts in temporary use and possession the real and personal estate of OJSC “Votkinskaya HPP” and provides operation-repair maintenance, material support, dispatching, and administration-technological control over operation of rented property.
