OREANDA-NEWS. Shareholders of OJSC “Volzhskaya HPP” at the extraordinary meeting have made a decision on payment of dividends for nine months of 2006 at the rate of 0,0293794 roubles on all kinds of shares with the par value of 1 roubles each.

Dividends should be paid within 60 days from the date of decision-making on payment.
