OREANDA-NEWS. Extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Territorial Generation Company №9” has made a decision to pay dividends under shares of the company for nine months of 2006.

Dividends will be paid within 60 days at the rate of 0,000051778 roubles per one ordinary share of the company. 250 million roubles will be allocated to payment of dividends.

The authorized capital of OJSC “TGC-9” makes 14,484 billion roubles; it is divided into 4,828 trillion ordinary shares with the par value 0,003 roubles.
