OREANDA-NEWS. The placement of shares of OJSC “Yenisei Territorial Generation Company (TGC-13)" on the stock exchanges of OJSC “Moscow Interbank Stock Exchange”, OJSC “RTS” is planned in the first quarter of 2007.

As OJSC “TGC-13” and OJSC “Khakass Generation Company” were 100% subsidiaries of RAO “UES of Russia”, only shares of OJSC “Krasnoyarsk Generation” were bargained on exchange platforms of OJSC “RTS”, NP “RTS”, and OJSC “MICEX”.

During the period from July 10 till December 28, 2006 quotation of one ordinary share of OJSC “Krasnoyarsk Generation” have increased from 9,98 roubles up to 40,62 roubles.

OJSC “Yenisei Territorial Generation Company (TGC-13)” is the incorporated company which assets include generating capacities of OJSC “Krasnoyarsk Generation” and OJSC “Khakass Generation Company”, and also the management company OJSC “TGC-13” from December 31, 2006.
