OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of OJSC “WGC-3” at the absentee meeting has made a decision on termination of powers of General Director of WGC-3 Maxim Kuznetsov from March 31, 2007 in connection with his transition to work in other company.

According to the decision of the Board of directors, Ivan Blagodyr, who is already appointed as the first deputy general director of WGC-3, will head and start his work from April 1, 2007.

Maxim Kuznetsov is heading the company from the moment of its creation - October 2004. Under his management OJSC “WGC-3” was one of the first generation companies of RAO “UES of Russia”, which finished the process of formation of target structure and transition to the uniform action. On results of the last year capitalization of the company has exceeded $3 billion.

Ivan Blagodyr has been recommended for a post of the general director of WGC-3 by the majority shareholder of the company – RAO “UES of Russia”.
