OREANDA-NEWS. AKB “Promsvyazbank” (Joint-Stock Company) has announced completion of the first stage of the project providing construction of the process client-oriented model of work of the corporate bloc of the bank and its subsequent automation on the basis of applied platform Siebel CRM of the corporation Oracle.

The project is carried out together with the largest Russian system integrator “TechnoServ A/C”.

The primary goals of the project are increase of competitiveness of corporate business of the bank, increase in sales volumes, further improvement of quality of servicing and decrease in operational risks.
