OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets has made a decision to renew the issuance and register the issue of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company "Kuznetsk Ferroalloys" (Novokuznetsk), placed through the closed subscription.

According to the decision on issue of securities presented to the FSFM of Russia, the emitter places 56 400 462 shares with the par value of 16,67 roubles each. General volume of the issue (on face-value) makes 940 195 701,54 roubles.

The additional issue is assigned the state registration number 1-02-00065-А-002D.
