OREANDA-NEWS. An extraordinary meeting of SIBUR Holding shareholders was held today to discuss the delegation of sole executive powers to the management company.

According to preliminary data, the shareholders accepted the new wording of the articles of association and the Board of Directors provision, as well as an agreement that sets the assignment of sole executive powers to the management company - SIBUR LLC (affiliate of SIBUR Holding JSC).   
  
Earlier the Board agreed the appointment of SIBUR Holding President Dmitry Konov to the post of SIBUR LLC President.

As advised earlier, sole executive powers are assigned to the management company to enhance management effectiveness at the Holding.
