OREANDA-NEWS. The Gazprom Headquarters has hosted a regular working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Viktor Vekselberg, Executive Director (Gas Development) of TNK-BP.

The parties addressed the major aspects of the cooperation between the companies when implementing the East Program and creating a gas chemicals compound in eastern Russia.

Eastern Russia has 25 per cent of the country’s total initial gas reserves (over 59 tcm), of which on- and offshore resources make up about 45 and 14.5 tcm, respectively.
