OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia has registered the issue and the report of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company “Interregional Scientific-Industrial Association “Polymetal” (Saint Petersburg), placed through the conversion at split of shares.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 275 million ordinary shares, par value RUB 0,2 per share, for a total value of RUB 55 million.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue as of December 5, 2006 is 1-02-00412-D.
