OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia has registered the issue and the report of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company “Industrial Group “PROFSTAL” (Chelyabinsk), placed through the acquisition by shareholders.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 2 790 million ordinary shares, par value RUB 1 per share, for a total value of RUB 2 790 million.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55248-E.
