OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia has registered the issue and the report of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company “SIBUR-Mineral Fertilizers” (Saint Petersburg), placed through the acquisition by a sole founder at acquisition of the joint-stock company.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 2 078 326 ordinary shares, par value RUB 1 000 per share, for a total value of RUB 2 078 326 thousand.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55254-E.
