OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia has made a decision to register the issue and prospectus of additional ordinary shares of the open joint-stock company “Third Wholesale Generation Company” (Ulan-Ude), placed through the open subscription.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 18 billion ordinary shares, par value RUB 1 per share, for a total value of RUB 18 billion.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-50079-A-009D.
