OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia registered report on placement of additional ordinary shares of the open joint-stock company “AMURMETAL” (Komsomolsk-on-Amur), placed through the conversion at merger of OJSC “AMURSTAL-PROFILE”.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 25 ordinary shares, par value RUR 60 per share, for a total value of RUB 1 thousand 500.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue as of September 7, 2006 is 1-02-30513-F-002D.
