OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia registered report on placement of the issue of inconvertible interest-bearing certificated bearer bonds of series 05 of the open joint-stock company “FNC UES”, placed through the open subscription.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 5 million bonds, par value RUB 1 000 per bond, for a total value of RUB 5 billion.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue as of September 7, 2006 is 4-05-65018-D.
