UTair Expects Revenue to Soar 45,7% in 2007
OREANDA-NEWS. The Managing Board of UTair Aviation (UTair Aviation, JSC) met to consider the budget commission’s proposals for the draft business plan.
The airline’s business plan, ratified by the Managing Board indicates that the company’s revenue is expected to surge 45,7 percent to RUR22,718bn (approx. USD864,13m). The operating profit is projected at RUR1,5bn (approx. USD57,06m), and the net profit at RUR645m (approx. USD) or 1,6 times the 2006 projection.
The total flying time of UTair’s airplanes and helicopters is predicted at 218,300 hours. Passenger aircraft will carry 3,45 million people, and thirty-one new routes will be introduced.
UTair proposes to implement its business plan with 93 jets and 150 helicopters of all existing classes.
