OREANDA-NEWS. The Gruppa NITOL Ltd. has successfully placed the full issue of its 3-year bonds worth 2.2 billion rubles at the federal international currency exchange.

The placement was carried out via an open subscription in the form of an auction aimed to determine the rate of the initial coupon of the bond. In total, 86 investors were vying for the bonds.

Interest rate set by the issuer for the whole period of bond circulation amounts to 11.75% annual interest or  58.59 rubles per bond. Effective yield by redemption is expected to reach 12.1% annual interest.
