OREANDA-NEWS. The STEK GSM mobile communications company, a 100% owned subsidiary of SibirTelecom, has won a tender announced by the Kemerovo Oblast state administration to provide mobile communications services in Kemerovo. 

At present, the draft of the state project is in the process of signing.

Under the terms of the contract, the STEK GSM company will provide mobile communications services in Kemerovo in 2007.
