OREANDA-NEWS. EuroСhem Mineral and Chemical Company announced that an agreement was reached by its ultimate beneficiaries Mr. A. Melnichenko and Mr. S. Popov. According to the agreement Mr. A. Melnichenko becomes the sole ultimate beneficiary of “EuroChem”.

A. Melnichenko is a founder and one of company’s beneficiaries from 2001. During his work he managed the processes of company consolidation and creating the management system.

Based on these changes EuroChem’s CEO Mr. D. Strezhnev has stated: “We believe that the company will continue in pursuing its long-term strategy to become one of the global leader in agrochemical business”.
