OREANDA-NEWS. JSC "Aeroflot" has acquired the fourth A321 air liner under existing financial leasing deal. The aircraft has been named in honor of celebrated Russian painter Ivan Shishkin.

In October 2006 the JSC "Aeroflot" and certain leading European banks engaged in airplane purchase financing operations -   Natixis, Calyon and ABN Amro Bank - have signed documents stipulating financial leasing arrangements for seven Airbus A321 airplanes to be delivered in 2006 - 2007.

This particular aircraft was the last one to complete deliveries scheduled by these financial leasing arrangements in 2006. In 2007 another three A321 airplanes will be delivered as a part of financial leasing deal (in July, in October and in December).
