OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) made a decision to renew the issue and register the report of additional issue of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company "Kurgan Plant of Road Vehicles" (Pskov), placed by the open subscription.

According to the resolution authorizing the share issue, the company is to place 1 million 226 thousand 450 ordinary shares, par value RUB 0,5 per share, worth a total of RUB 613 thousand 225.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue as of February 21, 2005 is 1-02-45247-D-001D.
