OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) registered the report and the issue of ordinary nominal uncertificated shares of the open joint-stock company "KHabarovsk Trunk Grid" (Khabarovsk), placed through acquisition by the sole founder.

According to the resolution authorizing the share issue, the company is to place 1 808 673 288 ordinary shares, par value RUB1 per share, worth a total of RUB 1 808 673 288.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55244-E.
