OREANDA-NEWS. The next session of the Board of directors of OJSC “Lenergo” was held. Members of the Board of directors have approved the report of the general director of the company on investment activity for the third quarter of 2006.

Within the frameworks of the investment program experts of OJSC “Lenenergo” have laid 26,4 km of transmission lines from July till September 2006. Total capacity of the commissioned objects has made 30,1 MW. Within the frameworks of new construction the second turn of substation 110 kV "Sosnovo" with capacity 25 MW is started into operation in the third quarter 2006. Reconstruction of air transmission lines 0,4-35 KV extending to 24,2 km is made.

The Board of directors also has considered and has taken into account the report on execution of business-plan of OJSC “Lenenergo” on results of nine months of 2006. Besides, the corrected business-plan of the company for 2006 according to which the net profit is planned at the rate of 361 million roubles on results of the year, has been approved.
