Dividends Paid by OJSC “VolgaTelecom” to Its Shareholders in 2006 Amounted to 579 Million Roubles

OREANDA-NEWS. As of December 15, 2006 OJSC “VolgaTelecom” paid more than 578 923 thousand roubles of dividends on ordinary and preferred shares accrued basing on the results of the Company’s activity for 2005.

Total amount of dividends accrued on ordinary shares – 362 657 563 roubles, total amount of dividends paid on ordinary shares – 358 969 628 roubles. The size of dividends accrued on one ordinary share - 1,4744 roubles.

Total amount of dividends accrued on the issuer’s preferred shares - 226 134 844 roubles, total amount of dividends paid on preferred shares - 219 954 252 roubles. The size of dividends accrued on one preferred share – 2,7583 roubles.
