OREANDA-NEWS. On December 12, 2006 OJSC “VolgaTelecom” paid coupon yield on its inconvertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of BT-4 series with obligatory central storage.

The interest rate of coupon yield for the first coupon of BT-4 series bonds is 7,99% p.p.a. or 19,92 roubles per a bond. Thus, 59,76 million roubles were transferred for the first coupon of Bt-4 series bonds.
 
OJSC “VolgaTelecom” BT-4 series bonds were floated on September 12, 2006 at SE MICEX by public offering. On October 19, 2006 Federal Service for Financial Markets (Russia’s FSFM) registered the report on the results of the issue of OJSC “VolgaTelecom” inconvertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of BT-4 series in the amount of 3 billion rubles (the issues’ state registration number - 4-46-00137-А).

The main objective of the bonded loan issue is to restructure credit portfolio and to finance the investment program.
