OREANDA-NEWS. The group “GAZ” has announced signing of a credit contract within the frameworks of which OJSC “GAZ” will be given the debut syndicated credit at the rate of $100 million.

The authorized leading organizer of a syndicate of the financial institutions participating in the contract was Barclays Capital.

The credit is attracted for the period of one year with a lumpsum repayment in the end of term and is an unsecured credit. The rate of a loan will make LIBOR + 1,25 % annual.

The attracted means will be used by the borrower for refinancing of existing extra liabilities, and also for the general corporate purposes.

10 known financial institutions leading the activity in many regions of the world are participating in the syndicate.
