OREANDA-NEWS. The President - Chairman of the Board of VTB Andrey Kostin visited Kaliningrad oblast. During the visit the Cooperation agreement between VTB and the Government of Kaliningrad oblast directed on creation of favorable conditions for development of mutually advantageous partnership was signed.

The agreement provides for an opportunity of participation of the Bank in realization of investment and target regional programs, projects on development of medium-size business in the region, and also the actions directed on formation of securities market of Kaliningrad region.

Within the frameworks of the reached arrangements the Government will attract VTB to crediting of organizations and enterprises which are carrying out significant projects and programs for economy of the region.
