OREANDA. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the report of issue on interest-bearing certificated inconvertible bearer bonds of series 02 of the open joint-stock company "Koks" (Kemerovo), placed through the open subscription.

According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:

• 5 million interest-bearing certificated inconvertible bearer bonds of series A8, par value RUB 1 000 per share, for a total value of RUB 5 billion.

The state registration number assigned to the bond issue is 4-02-10799-F.
