OREANDA. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the share issue and share placement report filed by the open joint-stock company "Interregional Production Association “Polymetal" (Saint Petersburg), placed through conversion at slit of shares.

According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:

• 275 million uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB 0,2 per share, for a total value of RUB 55 million.

The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-02-00412-D.
