OREANDA. The Federal Service for Financial Markets of Russia (FSFM) has registered the share issues and share placement reports filed by the open joint-stock company "Stroytransgaz-Invest" (Moscow), placed through the distribution of shares among the shareholders.

According to the Resolutions on share issuance and the placement reports, the following amounts of shares were issued:

• 3 321 945 uncertificated registered ordinary shares, par value RUB 1 per share, for a total value of RUB 3 321 945. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55250-E.
• 278 055 uncertificated registered preferred shares, par value RUB 1 per share, for a total value of RUB 278 055. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 2-01-55250-E.
