OREANDA-NEWS. Ilim Bratsk Wood Processing Mill (a subsidiary of forest industry corporation Ilim Pulp) produced over 28.7 million square meters of hardboard over the first ten months of 2006, 5.4 million square meters (23.2%) up as compared to the same period of 2005.

Plywood output went up 3.1 thousand cu meters (2.8%) year-on-year, amounting to 117.7 thousand cu meters, including 94.7 thousand cu meters of plywood to be exported, 1.2 thousand cu meters (1.3%) up year-on-year.

Chipping was up 34.9 thousand cu meters (19%) year-on-year, totaling 213.3 thousand cu meters.
