OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “Sibirtelecom” announced changes in its participation in JSC “Yellow Pages – Tomsktelecom”.

Before these changes OJSC “Sibirtelecom” owned 33.33% of its shares in ZAO Yellow Pages – Tomsktelecom.

After the termination of its participation, OJSC “Sibirtelecom” owns 0% shares and does not participate in the authorized capital of JSC “Yellow Pages – Tomsktelecom.
