Sibirtelecom Raises Its Interest in ZAO ATE-41 to 99.99%

OREANDA-NEWS. OAO Sibirtelecom has boosted its equity position in the charter capital of ZAO ATE-41 from 49.91% to 99.99%.

Founded in 1995, ATE-41 provides local voice, IP telephony and Internet access services in the cities of Bratsk and Ust-Ilymsk of the Irkutsk region. The operator’s subscriber base totals 13,000 customers.

OAO Sibirtelecom continues implementation of the program for revamping the Company’s subsidiary and affiliated business, raising its stakes in the charter capitals of entities, engaged in the core business and divesting non-core assets, where Sibirtelecom’s holdings are marginal.
