OREANDA-NEWS. On December 5, 2006 OJSC “VolgaTelecom” paid coupon yield on its inconvertible interest bearing certified bearer bonds of BT-2 and BT-3 series bonds with obligatory central storage.

The interest rate of coupon yield for the second coupon of BT-2 series bonds is 8,2% p.p.a. or 40,89 roubles per a bond. The interest rate of coupon yield for the second coupon of BT-3 series bonds is 8,5% p.p.a. or 42,38 roubles per a bond.

Total coupon yield on BT-2 series bonds (coupons 1 and 2) amounted to 245 340 000 roubles. Total coupon yield on BT-3 series bonds (coupons 1 and 2) amounted to: 194 948 000 roubles – accrued yield,
194 947 780 roubles – paid yield (net of individual income tax),
220 roubles – individual income tax is transferred by the issuer to the budget.
