OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of directors of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” has considered the issue on transfer of powers of an individual agency of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” to “SIBUR” Ltd. Till now functions of an individual agency of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” were executed by the President of the company.

Transfer of function of an individual agency of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” to the management organization is carried out with a view of increase of management efficiency in SIBUR Group. Changes in the structure of SIBUR Group will allow differentiating property and administrative relations within the limits of the group.

The proprietor of all assets will be OJSC “SIBUR Holding”. “SIBUR” will be involved the management and other administrative functions.

As a result of the specified actions the control over activity of the enterprises of SIBUR Group from the basic shareholders of OJSC “SIBUR Holding” – OJSC “Gazprom” and AB “Gazprombank” will be strengthened.
