The Federal Service for the Financial Markets (FSFM) of Russia registered reports on placement of additional ordinary shares and the prospectus of the open joint-stock company “Khakasskaya Generation Company” (Abakan, Khakassia Republic), placed through the conversion at merger of OJSC “Krasnoyarsk Generatsia” and OJSC “TGC-13”.

According to the Company's resolutions authorizing the share issuance, the following amounts of shares were issued:
• 1 112 584 ordinary shares, par value RUB 226,42 per share, for a total value of RUB 251 911 269,28. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55093-E-001D;
• 4 284 805 ordinary shares, par value RUB 226,42 per share, for a total value of RUB 970 165 548,10. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55093-E-002D;
• 2 611 ordinary shares, par value RUB 226,42 per share, for a total value of RUB 591 182,62. The state registration number assigned to the share issue is 1-01-55093-E-003D.
