OREANDA-NEWS. “Interecoms” - certification center of quality systems audited OJSC “VolgaTelecom” quality management system. Basing on the results of the audit VolgaTelecom was awarded the certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 for quality management system.

OJSC “VolgaTelecom” quality management system was developed and implemented in stages and integrates operating quality management systems implemented in most of the regional branches of the Company (quality management system in two branches – in the Republic of Mariy El and in Mordoviya – had been certified earlier for the compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 requirements).

For the purposes of determining the degree of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9000 international standards in 2005 the experts of Scientific-Research Institute “Economics of communication and informatics” (Moscow) conducted estimative audit of quality management in OJSC “VolgaTelecom”. The experts’ recommendations were used during implementation of the project of building unified quality management system in OJSC “VolgaTelecom”.

The work of certification for the compliance with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 requirements which was done by CCQS “Interecoms” (Moscow) resulted in the decision of certification committee to award the Company with the relevant document.
