OREANDA-NEWS. Magna International Europe AG and "RM Systems", subsidiary of OJSC "Russian Machines" are going to create a joint business on metal-shaping, including manufacture of stamped products and assembly of body units and spare parts in Russia.

The enterprise will be created on the basis of existing stamping manufacture of the Gorki Automobile Factory in Nizhniy Novgorod.

The project provides for essential modernization of the enterprise that will allow making high-quality obverse panels and their components, both for existing production lines, and for new products.

Priority will be the maintenance with ready units of models produced on the basis of platform Chrysler Sebring / Dodge Stratus.
