OREANDA-NEWS. The Federal Service of Financial Markets (FSFM) has registered the issue and the prospectus of certificated interest-bearing inconvertible bearer bonds of series 01 of the open joint-stock company “Gold of Seligdar” (Republic of Sakha), placed by the open subscription.

According to the decision on additional issue of securities presented to FSFM of Russia the emitter placed 0,5 million bonds with the par value of 1 000 roubles each. The general volume of the issue (on face value) makes 0,5 billion roubles.

The state registration number assigned to the bond issue is 4-02-32538-F.
